ఉద్ధరేదాత్మనాత్మానం నాత్మానమవసాదయేత్ ।ఆత్మైవ హ్యాత్మనో బంధుః ఆత్మైవ రిపురాత్మనః ॥
Meaning
Lift yourself by your own self; do not let yourself sink. The self alone is one's friend, and the self alone is one's enemy.
